Home bins start from $324.50 including GST for an eligible 2m³ single-material load with seven-day hire. A 4m³ starting price is $511.50 including GST and a 6m³ starting price is $621.50 including GST; these are starting references, not quotes for every waste type or suburb.

No permit is needed for private-property placement. A bin on a nature strip, road or other public area needs a council permit; BinSmart can arrange it for the council fee plus a $40 administration fee excluding GST.
Standard domestic hire is up to seven days. Different hire periods, repeat swaps and trade-account terms are confirmed before booking.
