When you submit a quote request, your name, phone, email, postcode, waste and size preferences, optional details and the page used are sent to BinSmart’s orders inbox through our existing Microsoft email service. Authorised team members use these details to respond, confirm service availability and prepare your quote. The request is not a confirmed booking and does not take payment.
The Northern Suburbs landing page uses the same quote-request form as our suburb location pages. It sends the customer type, name, phone, email, postcode, size preference, waste, optional details, consent record and page used to the same orders inbox.
These forms do not add you to a marketing list or send contact details in their quote-lead analytics events. The website may record that a quote request was accepted, including the size group or customer type, to understand enquiry activity. Quote enquiries are held in our business mailbox; contact orders@binsmart.com.au to ask about access, corrections or removal of your enquiry details. This website does not publish submitted details.
Bin Smart Group PTY LTD operates the BinSmart SEO Control Centre as an internal, read-only reporting tool. It helps authorised BinSmart staff understand how binsmart.com.au performs in Google Search and Google Analytics.
With the consent of an authorised BinSmart Google account, the tool reads Google Analytics and Google Search Console reporting data for binsmart.com.au. This can include website traffic, sessions, events, search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rates and average search positions.
The tool does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or other unrelated Google account content.
We use this data only to monitor website performance, identify technical or content opportunities and prepare internal SEO reports and action lists. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising profiles.
The Google connection is stored in a restricted environment and is available only to authorised people operating the BinSmart control centre. Access is read-only. We keep the connection only while it is required for this reporting purpose.
We do not sell or rent this data. We may use technology service providers only where needed to host, secure or operate the control centre. Those providers receive only the access needed to perform those services.
An authorised account holder can revoke the connection at any time through their Google Account connections page. We will remove stored authorisation when the connection is no longer required or when we are asked to disconnect it.
BinSmart's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
